These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of AppleBitcoin (the “Site”) and any purchase of products through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
AppleBitcoin is an independent online retailer of genuine Apple products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. “Apple” and product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from AppleBitcoin. You are responsible for ensuring that buying and importing the products is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Products & pricing
We sell brand-new, sealed, genuine Apple products with full manufacturer warranty. Prices are shown in USD and the equivalent cryptocurrency amount is calculated at checkout. We make every effort to display accurate prices and availability, but errors may occur; if we discover an error we will contact you before processing your order.
4. Orders & crypto payment
When you place an order you agree to pay the listed price in your selected cryptocurrency. We lock the fiat-to-crypto exchange rate for a limited window at checkout so you pay the exact amount shown. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Please double-check the amount, asset and network before sending. If you underpay, overpay, or send the wrong asset/network, contact our support team and we will help resolve it.
5. Shipping & delivery
We offer free, fully insured shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within one business day. Delivery times vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; every shipment is insured until it reaches you.
6. Returns & refunds
You may return unopened items within 14 days. Refunds are issued at the original fiat value of your order and paid to your wallet in the cryptocurrency of your choice. Items damaged or faulty on arrival will be replaced or refunded in full. See our Delivery & Return page for full details.
7. Warranty
All products carry the standard Apple manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with Apple’s policies in your region.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or unlawful.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppleBitcoin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from cryptocurrency price volatility, network fees, or errors made by you when sending payment.
10. Order acceptance & cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error is detected, payment cannot be verified on-chain, or we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount at its original fiat value to a wallet of your choice. Because we begin processing quickly, an order generally cannot be cancelled by you once it has shipped.
11. Pricing & cryptocurrency rates
Prices are displayed in USD; the equivalent crypto amount is calculated from live market rates and locked for a short window at checkout. Exchange rates are volatile and provided for convenience only. If a payment arrives after the locked window expires or for a different amount than quoted, we may re-quote at the prevailing rate or contact you to resolve the difference. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on us.
12. Shipping, risk & title
We arrange free, fully insured delivery to the destinations our store supports. Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery; every shipment remains insured by us until it is delivered to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address.
13. Taxes & import duties
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT or other taxes levied by your local authorities. Where these are not collected by us at checkout, they are your responsibility. We cannot predict or control charges imposed by customs in your jurisdiction.
14. Trademarks & third-party links
“Apple,” product names and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. The Site may link to third-party sites (such as block explorers or wallets); we are not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AppleBitcoin harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
16. Force majeure & severability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network congestion, blockchain outages, carrier disruptions, or acts of government. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and these terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Delivery & Return policy) form the entire agreement between us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
